I think the Pastrami equation is clever, but not fool-proof. The equation does not take into account the exceedingly poor, if not criminal, management of Shant Hovnanian and company, nor does it take into account the awful conflict of interest with CT&T, which bleeds CVUS dry. I think we need to subtract a "Shant adjustment" of minus $4.50 to the Pastrami equation. I offer the following: CVUS Value = Pastrami equation - Shant adjustment CVUS Value = $6.18 - $4.50 = $1.68 per share.
