The market as a whole is jittery with a speculation about a possible interest rate hike in July (Re.: Barron's, WSJ) unless the economy cools down by itself. y2k problem is such a unique situation that there is no choice for companies but to spend the money to fix the bug. SEC wants to know whether they are y2k compliant! Hope the sector's uniqueness is realized by analysts and mutual funds. Ram
