Sonny,

Sometimes you sell to diversify in other stocks. When my company options come due (well several months before), I will most likely be selling them and taking the money to invest in other areas. I am overweighted in my company's stock (due to the employee stock purchase program). At current prices, I will net about $60,000 the first year. That will go into other equities. When an insider sells, it does not mean the stock is headed south. There are many other reasons.

Like I said, sometimes a duck is a goose.

PS: Yes, I do own LU. Got it for teh run up in MSFT & LU prior & post split. Used margin, then sold MSFT & 1/2 LUl. Almost paid for the other 1/2 LU. ...dmg
