You have to be a shareholder to have the RIGHT to attend the meeting. Companies generally don't allow non-holders, but there's nothing that says they can't allow. Call Lor and Gstrf. Investor relations. It wouldn't surprise me if they put you on the list if you said you were seriously thinking of investing. (What companies want to avoid as much as they can is social protestors, that sort of thing. Lor/Gstrf probably don't feel particularly theatened there.)
