Concur fully. I'm aware of a current scenario, call it a tale of two neighboring cities... one has a total moratorium on network & MIS spending, while the other needs to spend large sums quickly, lest they lose out on several million in next year's budget. Use a municipality's spending movements as an indicator? Not likely.

True,

BUT I said it because I wanted to see if anybody else out there HEARD the same thing.

I want to see if it's generalized, and not singled out in one spot.

Of course I would not judge them from 1 Account, However big it is in canada.

Anybody else hear that Y2K efforts are slowing their sales ?
