A lot of down arrows out there folks -- DJIA heading for -~200 and NASDAQ decline has resumed after hesitating @-~50.

FORE just broke support @19 level to 18 3/4.....

3-month party getting long awaited correction.....

my guess is FORE revisits 30 WMA, holds, and works its way back to 20ish --- YURI news cuts both ways - 1 less suitor possibly but a high valuation that can only help FORE if it sells.....

Ed -

The old networking sector romance LU - FORE is over. Lucent picked
up cheaper company considering it will be enough to grab one of the leading positions in ATM sales. So thought CSCO couple of years ago ( Stratacom buyout ).

This turn of events brings a lot of positive thinking about FORE future. Time for the industry consolidation is due, today's LU announcement is a strong prove. Let's see what TLAB, NT, COMS/NN and European high-tech-gangs will do...

I'm convinced FORE will move much higher Short Term, Friday was
a major stake day, and WSJ article as NOT a prove that inflation
worries will start to shake a boat seriously.

A little bit of consolidation today, let's hope this week will not
be famous for red colors.

Happy Trading, Igor
