Anyway, YURI and ASND's products are distinctly different. YURI's platforms are CPE..ATM concentrators really. They don't support switching. LU picked these up because they compliment their product line (they already have ATM switches). In fact, LU was OEM's the YURI products for the past year. This acquisition fills out their ATM solution set which is why I don't believe LU will pay the $10B+ dollars required to pick up an ASND.
