TM--- It is not "maybe",, Gruder knows his company and business. ALYD WILL have good earnings. Gruder just sinks the stock price on his own too often. Positive earnings should be announced before the bell on Thursday. If they were to be bad after the bell and terrible news is usually Fridays after the bell. Fridays are useless for positive news as there is not enough time for the market to react to good news--- just what is wanted for bad news--- some of which could be forgotten or damage control in for the beginning of the next week.
I hope you loaded the boat at 16 1/2.
Be happy for the momentum players. They drive the price to new highs and without them no stock would move least of all volatile issues such as ALYD. They (we) were the ones to get it to 30--- look for the reasons it sunk--- not momentum players or mom & pops. ALYD needs big volume to move and only good news creates it for this issue.

Talked to Investor Relations VP this morning.

Earnings will be announced this week, definitely.
It will be definitely profitable. Tried to pin down the amount. He wouldn't divulge.

Autohrized shares - acquisition will not happen until after the Labor Day. By that time, we would have seen earnings from 2 or 3 quarters of 98 and the stock price response to the earnings surge. Could not contact Mr. Gruder. Don't know if that is necessary. Ram
