I guess the moral to the story so far is never put all your eggs in one Tokyo basket. But you never know when news could hit, it usually comes when least expected not when guaranteed.

RCJIII,

That is what I hate about this kind of RUMINT (Rumour Intelligence). I can see little chance that AIME would directly buy MSU. I have never seen this possibility and would be quite surprised if a buyout or merger occurred.

I'm invested in MSU for one reason and one reason only. AIME and USX are moving aggressively forward on their WebTV alternative and those set-top boxes are hardwired with MSU technology. AIME wrote the O/S and browsing software but it is written for MSU's proprietary hardware.

Thus, AIME HAS TO HAVE some legally binding guarantee with MSU to insure that they won't have the rug pulled out from under them.
This means a lucrative liscensing agreement, or a possibility of outright purchasing the rights to Slipstream and the Netbox technology for cash, stock, or both.

Either way sometime soon MSU looks like it may finally reach profitability with a little cash in their pocket to push ENVOY which holds even greater potential. ENVOY is a CD-Rom controller which combines into one chip what previous controllers required 4-5 different chipsets to accomplish.

Now if Wynn doesn't get TOO greedy.

Regards,

Ron
