BE CAREFUL OF ATEC. I bought the warrants when the first press release on it came out and from the press release assumed it was a 1 for 1 conversion rate,then the so called clarifiaction came saying that it was 5 warrants and 5 dollars for every one common saying that they were sorry for the mix up. I think that Tokyo Mex was on the atec thread for a while and it looked like to me that he didnt trust Mike Irving (atecs PR man). I just wished that i would have heeded Tokyo's comments, it looked like he was right on the money. That situation proved to me that Atec really didnt give a darn about their shareholders,and none of the common shareholders stood up for the rest of us. To me ethics and good business practice are more important than money and profit to me. I have since moved on from that situation.
