tmrent, I read that this morning. It is good that TNCX were included in the vendor list. Hopefully they will be awarded the bid. One funny note: Boeing states: "The Boeing RFP has been sent to four domestic and two European completion centers for comment. The AirView system specified in the RFP is for installation aboard the Boeing ''Demonstrator'' airplane. Boeing has confirmed orders for 29 B737 models scheduled for delivery beginning August 1998. " Then TNCX states: "There is no other company of which we are aware that can provide the technically specific LAN capabilities utilizing Ethernet connections of our AirView server,'' stated Wil Riner, chief executive officer of The Network Connection, Inc.
