Good questions Ken.

My main focus is on how huge the demand is for WinStar's products (broadband communications). Though there may be some competition, WinStar has the fastest and least expensive way to deploy to meet this demand. And remember, they only need a percent or two of the market to be a huge success.

WinStar has the licenses, they have the technology, they have the management, and now they have the financing. The only thing that can stop them is in the execution. They have executed to date, and as long as reported roof rights, lines ordered, lines installed, switches deployed, etc, keep meeting or beating projections, you'd have to assume they're executing.

They've borrowed faster than originally planned, but they've been very good with the money they've borrowed. Buying the switches from US One and moving the schedule up a whole year was an excellent move. Equally impressive was the the acquisitions of GoodNet and Midcom, and their PacNet network. So I'm not getting the feeling that the debt and dilution is for nothing.

I realize that didn't answer your questions very good. I guess as long as they execute, I'm bullish. Short of Rouhana taking off to some island with their checkbook, I don't know what could hurt this company.
