Sooooo CVIA takes over WOTD and (I think) one acquisition---pays them off with CVIA stock and a bit of cash. CVIA then becomes the oil and tire distributor. CVIA then does a more reasonable reverse, hopefully after the share price has risen. The problem may be of course that by this time the full 150,000,000 shares may be issued. But, some or most of the new shares may be restricted. If CVIA should reach .10 the a 30 or 40 for 1 would do the trick. Any comments?
