Carole, normally DWYR's news would move the stock up nicely. I'm sure that we're going to get a delayed reaction.

>>Any thoughts on what DWYR might have planned to do with their 3.8 mil? This will be interesting to follow.<<

I think with the recent volume increases and higher lows, people knew about the news ahead of time. I was surprised at the content of the news. I personally was looking for a favorable earnings release.

I think this news was actually better. The two division that they are sold were the worst performing divisions that they had. Of the seven divisions, the other five had been listed as the some of the top performing franchises.

The elimination of the under performing ones should do nothing but enhance earnings for the company and make them that much stronger.

This will give them approximately 9.4 million in working capital and approximately 2.4 million in cash and cash equivalents. ( 800k might go in working capitol since it is held up in escrow for up to two years with certain contingencies).

As far as what they might do with the 3.8 million, Acquisitions such as this recent one are very much a possibility.
