That would be my first question

I have no idea why Jim Bender was asked to resign. As an Aware investor, I was very happy with his performance over the last year. Even though the stock didn't make a significant movement upward, I thought that he did an outstanding job building the business relations and technical relations required for a bright future.

I am hoping (although I strongly doubt that it will happen) that he will still maintain some type of position at Aware. Right now, there is so little that I know, that I can't have a positive or negative opinion about the entire situation.
