With the "big boy" customers, yes. This is, of course, of major
importance to you and me. However, when it comes to the "little guys",
you best go talk to Scrapps about the kind of customer service he has
had with 3COM on how to get his modem straightened out.

I think COMS is pretty good with Customer Service.
Correct me if I'm wrong...
