The McClellan Oscillator (a widely-followed NYSE advance-decline oscillator) closed at virtually the same reading tonight as it did at the panic closing low last October 27. These are two of the three lowest readings ever.

Interpretation of this is either 1) a deeply-oversold condition in a continuing bull move, or 2) an important change in trend. We won't know for a couple days.

In spite of this, Yahoo remains well above its April 9 break-away gap open at 106.

If it turns out this is indeed an oversold condition in a continuing bull market, then Yahoo's ability to hold above 106 during this potential washout is pointing to higher prices, probably much higher.

Also, Amazon announced a 2:1 split within the past couple minutes.
