I think the MIDLP is the best option, if you can get it close to bid. I believe it exchanges for 35 shares MIDL common come Oct., 1998-do the math!

I have a major position in all three MIDL's options. I ma momentuming the Warrants to get back my initial and accumulate both common and prefered. The warrant's target price is $2.50 for 10 Days and if not excercised the company can recall of .05 ... The warrants enable you to buy one share of common for a buck till 2001.
