Golden Gord! Pure Gold had a 15% interest in the twenty three kimberlites found to date. Ashton has 42.5% interest. Pure Gold has had a very difficult time getting away from the cellar. Ashton has been and continues to be the best value. It probably should be a 3 for 1 ratio has Red suggested but it is not going to happen unless we see Pure Gold due more on its own. Back at the PDAC, there was talk Pure Gold was going to start drilling in April on some of their own anomolies. It does not look like they will accomplish that milestone. I think that the ratio should be 3 for one on the Buffalo Hills JV. Once they discover their own pipes that ratio should get reduced. This is what we fundamentally assume and expect. Recently the market has decided to give it a 4 to 1 ratio. When they start moving, the gap will slightly get reduced to possibly 3.5-1. In a nutshell, the best buy in the ADP play right now which can offer a high return is Ashton. Pure Gold is my second choice. Please don't forget to also do your own DD.
Happy Investing!
