Hello! GJC,

I just read your recent posting! I do not know what the status is of the conference call scenario!

Other then forwarding an e-mail ( verbatem-SP?) from Jack Arnold
to this thread today, there are two points that I feel are worth mentioning, and although I do not know for sure , I am of the opinion that we should still expect a 300 to 1 scenario , as well as some sort of compensation for the CVIA Shareholders that owned shares on or around the time of the initial share roll back announcement!

In my opinion regardless how successful the CVIA/WOTD business growth is in the future, unless a meaningful and fair compensation is provided for the loyal CVIA Shareholders that waited patiently through out this entire process---it will all have been for knot ( in my opinion!)..

Well I now feel I have dedicated sufficient time to this cause!

For anyone interested in following up with the conference call scenario, I suggest that you communicate with Jack directly!

I look forward to hearing the details of the next news release! ( I hope!)

Best Regards,

Wayne J.
