Dog,

As you probably know there are several class action lawsuits wrt to this issue now asserting that CPQ did in fact mislead shareholders with respect to channel stuffing. There are also many confirming reports from the channel.

So whether they are lying in the legal sense or not, I do believe they are stuffing the channel.
