Re LU purchasing Bay this Fall, be careful what you wish for. If the story about LU trying to buy ASND last Fall at $35 is true, it would seem they like to bottom fish for a cheap price(ASND is now over $40). I wouldn't want to see them come in and try to buy Bay near its yearly low at a price well below its potential. That is how us SNPX shareholders got the short end of the stick when they merged with WFLT to form Bay in the first place. Been there, done that. Paul
