Am I missing something ... Yes, a little matter of the share count having gone from 20 to 50+mm.

Get that resolved and then we will be on our way.
If memory serves me, the release on Friday, covering the 12/31 ending FY will NOT address the increased shares. That occurred in the 1st Q.

Big question is the quality of earnings.

If earnings are truly $.1085 per share for the year, is that operational income, or income from non-recurring events?

Stock is selling where it's at because people aren't convinced of the $.1085 number and where the earnings are coming from.

Stock probably won't shoot up to $2 or $3 dollars because of questions regarding share count since Dec. 31 (from 20 to 50 million shares added?). Makes it tough to increase EPS with share count rising so fast.

Seems strange to me to announce a share buyback program at the same time they are issuing additional shares for "growth". Why not use the money spent buying back shares for the "growth". Doesn't make sense.

Still holding on to about 1/4 of my shares, so I would like to see this stock at $2 to $3 dollars, I just don't think we'll see it until the company reaches some stability in share count and starts releasing audited financials.

As much as everyone seems to tout Ira, I think he's kind of undisciplined and unprofessional in his handling of the Atrix merger, which is the main reason why I reduced my holdings (not that the merger didn't go through, but how it ended).

Time will tell.
