Too bad the releases had to be wasted on such a down day in the market.

In reading the MCI release I was intrigued by the comment regarding
restructuring of the contract since there was no meat behind it. This
always makes one think that maybe there is something negative to it.
One of my associates spoke with the company to inquire about what this
meant. What he was told was that it is now a three year deal whereas
the earlier deals were for two years or less (we knew that). Also
said that Y2K portion has financials similar to the old contract so
ISLI did not take a hicky on that (that was a concern). Said that the
contract was expanded to include ISLI's additional business areas
which broadens the arrangement. That is good news. Appears to me to
be a very positive renegotiation with great commitment on both sides.
Wish it was released with a bit more enthusiasm. Was there a
conference call for any of this? Anyone have any other input or
different twist to what we heard?
Thanks,
