JoJo if you would you be so kind as to be a little clearer. Why are you posting? What do you have to say that is more important than finding out about the character of the management of this company? What research derived independently of the company do you have to share? I think if TLC has uncovered a scam here, you for one should be grateful. Unless you are not being scammed. So you must be long the stock and only want to hear news that boosts the price of the stock? Have I just about got your approach to investing right here?

Get your numbers and facts straight before you get your knickers in a twist. Boyden was not indicted, he plead guilty. And now some S.I members are receiving anonymous threats. I guess you can't teach an old dog new tricks eh! In September 1991, Boyden pleaded guilty to, and was convicted on a charge of counselling to commit murder, a charge unrelated to the affairs of Dimples. Bail conditions were granted to Boyden and he has since been awaiting sentencing for that conviction.
