Gator, I personally do not think that it was a ploy. From what I understand, any stock issued was for the purpose of acquisitions, and that they are all restricted, meaning that when Ira negotiated an acquisition, part of the purchase price included restricted shares of FAMH. IMO, this is a great strategy.

The buyback affects the public float, which helps to tighten the stocks ability to rise off of retail demand. The restricted shares, although they count in the total outstanding, are not available for trading yet.

IMO, we are accelerating the climb to a truly larger position within the investment community and within the industry. If you take a look back, the company has grown so much over the past few months. There's so much taking place with this company that is heading in the right direction.
