Gary, I didn't mean to put words into your mouth--sorry. I think I was anticipating your views on ATM overall, and I know the Cisco view is that ATM will be replaced by IP over Sonet. It's far too early to tell, but early indications are this isn't happening. As far as ASND, don't forget about the successful pipeline routers and the remote access concentrators. Also, there's the GRF. The basic IP products are there, and I doubt ASND would do better than they have with Bay products. Bucky89
