Jim, I havn't posted on CSHK in awhile, but I can't keep quiet anymore. Previously you asked "where are these people coming from?" God I'm wondering that also. If they had taken time to read previous posts most of their real questions would have been answered. In looking at their profiles it seems that a good portion of the recent posters spend a lot of time on the "Let's talk about it," and the did Clinton do Monica thread. While I have nothing against these people it does seem like they need to get a real life. Rick

Jim? I take it you're saying Rebecca is CSHK's attorney? Funny. She says, according to you (my, my but you are a remarkable conduit of information--WHY, exactly, don't these people want to speak for themselves, asked yourself that?): I believe that there are material omissions and misrepresentation in the information being provided to the Investors on this site, some of which border on libel and slander. Dear me! Are we dealing with a lawyer who doesn't know the difference between libel and slander? Really now. ANY lawyer knows that. Most laymen, do , too. Most lawyers are also aware that posting information available in the public domain is perfectly okay. Rebecca should also note that we've all prefaced our personal speculations with the phrase: "in my opinion"... Other than that, well, Rebecca, we've offered "just the facts, ma'am". One last point: why doesn't Rebecca offer the name of her law firm? It's normal to do so... Just curious, as always.

Could you be more specific as to what gossip was wrong? I was interested in this company but there have been so many posts I can't keep up with it all. And though I really wanted to sign up for the newsletter (was it your newsletter? I can't remember) my email isn't working and so I can't. Anyway, long and short of it is I don't understand what is going on here. Who is Rebecca and why does she want people to write her at home? I was joking a while back when I said this thing was run out of someone's garage- but seriously, is there a business here? It sounded so promising, but now I begin to wonder.
