Sorry to hear you have had problems, Michael, though from
my experience you're case is definitely the anomoly. Good
luck in the future.

Btw, I have not had one single billing problem using
Excel.
In fact, I've only had one customer that has
ever had a billing problem and that was resolved quickly.

I would like to echo Charles' sentiments that the customer
service has definitely been better than back in 1996.

That's too bad, because you had overlooked the positive results Excel had to overcome over the last two years that would've sunk the company a long time ago. Remember Michael, were used to be a reseller, but now,we are a full fledged carrier. Our accquistion of Telco had made us a major player in the telecommunications market and were going to mirgrate our long distance traffic with the carriers we're doing business with MCI, Worldcomm and Frontier. We also doing business with IXC, but we're going to be doing more with them that will enchanced us with new products than ever before. That's right Michael, you may did not like Excel, but Excel will be around for years to come. With or without you.
