Cheryl or Jin or Brad,

Do any of you know what the option price on the restricted shares that has been used for acquisitions is? I think this is relevant because it determines future value. I am in another stock that issued restricted shares for acquisitions similar to what FAMH has done. The option price is more than double what the stock is currently trading at implying that management is convinced that the stock will be trading at those levels when they are able to exercise their options. What is more important is that the other company has faith that the stock will be higher than that when they are able to exercise their options or they would not have agreed to arrangement.

Thanks
MM
