John, the number that sticks in my head is $125,000 per % point. That was rounded down to $100,000 in later discussions by us denizens of the deep to make conservative guesses at revenue for '98.

The number that I heard was $125,000 per market share (or ratings point), and $183,000 for every show that had a staged fight (higher ratings).

However, every show with a known celebrity would actually be dilutive to FAMH since they would have to issue restricted Rule 144 shares of stock for their appearance on the show. They also have to issue approximately 20 shares per week to Morton Downey Jr. to cover his Nicoderm patch expenses.

At least that's how I think I heard it on the conference call.

I doubt that the numbers work in a linear fashion. There would be greater revenue with a 6 share than a 1 share but I seriously doubt it would be 6 TIMES as much. Perhaps someone here has expertise in that area and can enlighten those of us that don't.

Be careful out there.
