I didn't do good research on ATECW The person that suggested it to me last night, told me it was a 1 for 1 conversion. The conversion for the warrants are 5 warrants to 1 common + $5. That is not a good deal $1 for each warrant x 5 = $5 +$5 = $10. I left my office at 11:30 and when I came back, I looked at the company further. I was told they might be getting a 1 to 1 warrant. I will see what I will do tomorrow because I bought 11,000 today at limit $1 then I left for the day. I came back and saw that I was filled.
