Through private contacts with fellow shareholders, this in my understanding of the present situation. Since the most dangerous untruths are truths slightly distorted, I'll respectively make only a few brief and general comments. The present situation as I understand it, is that the GLB signing ceremony will occur at or near June 1/98. Therefore, for reasons previously posted by other shareholders, I would not expect a news release on the Michigan Project until after the GLB signing process is completed. Ironically, for reasons that everyone is well aware of, Sungold had and still has a prepared news release but held it back at the request of the Gun Lake Band. Because of the lack of news, it has resulted in a negative impact on the share price. With no positive announcements the Market Maker will not allow the share price to advance to a higher level and this situation is further exacerbated due to the fact that, if we would of had good news in concert with an improved share price, this would have been greatly beneficial to help facilitate Sungold's advancement to a Electronic BB. Nonetheless, SGGNF meets all the requirements and they have already requested a Electronic BB listing and once all the bureaucratic hassles have been dealt with, and it appears to be soon, SGGNF will be trading on a "electronic screen". To the best of my knowledge, the Richmond Project appears to be progressing well with Sungold building numerous solid and important alliances. The presentation to the City of Richmond is rumoured to be for mid June. Strange to say, but the first news out could be on the Korean Projects. I have a sense that great things are on the horizon! Since perception is often reality, what I perceived is that SGGNF has finally overcome their major obstacles and for the first time, I can envision shareholders on the fast track to financial success! My prediction, and this is only a prediction, is that the month of June will prove to be a significant time for all shareholders. It is quite conceivable that both the Michigan & Richmond projects will no longer be just promising concepts but rather, we will all soon realize that these projects are rapidly moving towards the reality stage. It has been a long arduous journey filled with anger and frustration but the end is near and shareholders will be rewarded for their faith and patience. All the best! S.M.
