Gary, sorry to have to tell you this, but increased accruals and payables mean that they have expensed but not paid these amounts. An increase in prepaids or deferred charges on the asset side would indicated a deferral of cost recognition.

One question, though - the P&L refers to "Pro forma" losses. This implies some adjustment to the numbers to reflect some event or change. Is there something we haven't been told? Or, could this just be erroneous or inappropriate use of Latin?

PS: How did the number of shares used in the per share calculations drop from last Q? Could the answer to this also answer my question above?
