POKR is one of the best rollers I've ever seen...goes from 24 to 40 every couple of weeks...a real company too with revenues, earnings and a defined market so if you get screwed you should do ok if you wait it out.

Got the email, those two look good...I didn't realize how much that one had fallen the past month or so. Stopped following it.

So many rumors out there this week. If only half of them came true I would be a very happy man.

TO ALL RE: TSIS

Late last week I told people on the TSIS thread that I had talked
w/ the company and the PR firm... well I never got around to posting
my findings due to the JUNK on the CSHK thread and having to post
to those bashers and try and keep some civility on that thread as
I"m bullish on CSHK.. well I failed miserably and the naysayers
seemed to have taken over for now.. hopefully they'll be gone soon.
ANyway,

Scotter Cameron is the CEO of TSIS 1-800-931-5050
JD Pulver is the PR guy 1-888-302-9994

Current clients of TSIS are Standard Charter Bank, Lucent Technologies, AT+T and some rumored to be coming soon are INTEL and
SEAGATE!

They also have in the works 2 long distance prepaid calling card
contracts they are trying to work out. TSIS is a telecom company fyi.
It is rumored that SEAGATE will actually be the one to issue a press
release favoring TSIS as a new contract partner. I think this will
look great in the eyes on the marketplace.

The CEO told me that TSIS has little or no overhead and that they
are working currently with the accounting firm to get some numbers
out very soon. They haven't issued a press release as of yet because
they want some MEAT in the news that is not yet official. He seems
VERY conservative to me.. much more than the PR FIRM was.
He told me he expected that the company would have some news out
early May and that it will contain some numbers of some big money
contracts they have either signed that haven't been made public yet
or numbers from ones that have been made public but the numbers haven't been seen. We all know what revenue numbers can do to a stock! There are currently 24 million oustanding and 9million in the
float according to the CEO anyway. He also stated that he has
been getting phone calls from people that are short that want to
buy shares. They think there might be as much as 1 MILLION shares
shorted against them. I inquired about the idea with the rumor
of all this money that might be coming into TSIS soon (and with a
small overhead) that TSIS mgmt might consider a stock buyback?? HE
said that that was a possibility but he couldn't comment further.
However, I did pry a little and asked IF it was to be done would
it be cancellation of shares in escrow or what? He said IF IF IF
it was to be done that it'd be done on the OPEN MARKET... hmmmm

As of April 30th the company is fully reporting. THey currently
have $125,000 month in income flowing in and expect a 50% rise
in revenues over the next 60 to 90 days with the announcement of
these rumored contracts I mentioned above. They finally just turned
a profit for the first time and they have NEVER lost a major client.
They are rumored to have a current relationship with INTEL and NASDAQ
and might be able to bring those institutions on as clients in the
near future. The fee for using one of TSIS's service is $500 month
and 35cents a minute. (Forgive me as I don't know the specifics on this). Applied Materials is a current customer of TSIS and has
over 300,000 users using TSIS now. Intel (if they get it) would
have 2.1 MILLION users!!! They also have Norwest as a customer and
it is generating $10,000 month in revenues. TSIS is also supposedly
in talks with YAHOO and SILICON GRAPHICS to bring them aboard
as customers. ANYONE seeing the big picture here. Once you sign
some big names it just expands.. the ole DOMINO effect thing happenin.
TSIS is in the process of looking to get some more T1's as there
business is "booming" as the company said (which was about as much
hype as I could get out of them... very conservative people).
There have NEVER been any REG S and the CEO told me there never would
be if he had anything to do about it and of course he does. He said
the whole company quivers at the sound of "REG S"... There was however
a reverse split 7:1 in October of 1996 but nothing since and no
plans henceforth.. especially not with all this money they are rumored
to be going to be making here shortly. I see this as a mid to long
term play... Take care and do your own DD... this is just my DD as
I see it.. you should confirm these things with the company and other
sources if available.. I'll buy/sell what I like.. you do the same.

Take care all. Hope this helps! jim
