Last time I visited CCUR booth, they were not successful because they did not plan it well. You have to have all your own regional salesmen there. They have to invite all their regional customers to the show. There should be a hospitality suite to give all the customers and potential customers a good time; and maybe even show the products, software and services. When they go back home, you get the purchase orders.

An invitation that did not show you listed, means you did not commit the booth on time and is not ready to talk to your targeted customers. A show is just an opportunity to meet your customers away from their working place; where you can press the flesh and get the orders.

It is not a place to meet new friends, and talk to a lot of students, coming for free lunch. That is a waste of time. On line announcement is a waste of time. Which potential customer will invite himself for what?
