I'm at a legal conference in NY entitled "Securities and the Internet." One of the speakers today is the head of the SEC's cyber fraud division. His presentation today was about internet stock scams, pump and dump, etc. After he finished speaking, I spoke with him at length about the internet and potential securities fraud. His group spends a lot of time in forums like SI. I asked him specifically about PNLK and he said he didn't know anything about them. I know that if they were investigating a company and had not gone public with that investigation, he couldn't say anything. But, I am very good at reading people and don't feel that he was hiding anything. The only reason I asked was because, even though I am totally enthusiastic about this stock, have talked to the company myself, etc., his comments made me question my own euphoria about PNLK. After speaking to him, I am not concerned about this company's legitimacy. Just my 2 cents. Good luck to all of us!
