While some of David's phrasing may seem a little, shall we say, overexuberant, the overall content of his posts seems worthwhile, as long as he is so forthcoming to reveal his identity so that can be figured nto the posts

JS and the Thread, The technical comments by DWaitt are virtually the ONLY credible and useful technical comments that have appeared on the MEME thread. I can't speak to his motives, but I am an RF engineer, too, and sadly, virtually every other quasi-technical posting serves more to provide comic relief than inform.

Chase him off if you will, but any investor truly interested in understanding the technical challenges for MEME to operate Part 15 RF data transmission systems at MEME's announced frequencies of interest might do better to consider his credentials and loyalties and learn what they can from his very balanced and technically astute comments and questions.

By no stretch of the imagination would I consider DWaitt's comments slamming -- he has provided textbook facts, application analysis, and some penetrating questions that seem to come from valuable experience.

Your accusation of slamming, JS, raises three questions in my mind:

1. What is your personal interest in MEME? Do you benefit or not from full, realistic disclosure of their capabilities and challenges?
2. Why are you annoyed to see well-informed comments on the thread? Waitt has said who he is; your credentials are a mystery.
3. Are you unable to recognize that Waitt's technical comments and questions are based on sound engineering principles? Or is there a specific comment of Waitt's that you care to challenge in the daylight of a public forum? Then those on the thread could evaluate for themselves whose comments make sense.
