Johnathan CD: "As for ADPT; it is still looking good; held up nicely today. No surprise there." This just BARELY kept your post on topic. Very shrewd. And I just happen to agree with you about Bork and Starr. But I'm not a Microsoft basher. I think it makes a great OS for the masses and the slithey tove. Now, back to topic: Adaptec will come out with EARNINGS this week that--my prediction--will show the company remains profitable! If the results are better than the lowest projections, I'll dust off the old scotch bottle for a little nip. Three more days. Starowl
