Eddie- Thanx for your post from the reseller news....As you probably know, information from this source must be taken with a grain of salt (consider the source....Case in pt., someone two/three weeks ago someone posted an article stating how CPQ/resellers were hurting Dell with the new price cuts.....That article did not include very much "data" (After seeing the first quarter numbers, any effects the article eluded to seem to be minimal/non-existent)... I dont recall seeing any response from Dell included in the article...I see that as simply bad reporting (there are always two sides to any story!), and without a response from Dell (or an opportunity to say "no comment"), I think the source loses some credibility. Finally, if I were these resellers, I wouldnt openly talk about any discrepancies that they have found out with Dell (pricing, etc.). In my mind, a better strategy would be to be quiet, keep milking it, and pray that Dell doesnt notice. Dell is fast to adjust any such "competitive" initiatives... Just food for thought...I do appreciate you posting and continuing to post such info..Prediction: Nasdaq will close up 10-15 pts., and Dell will be a big riser on IDC/Dataquest news and H & Q meeting news........Dell certainly above 80 after May 19....... Last comment: Thanks to all who contribute data from different databases, news reports, etc.. for the entire group (like Gabriel Dubois and others). I greatly appreciate your efforts, and let's ALL keep it up
