Hi, Porter! Guess I'm missing a puzzle pc. here...Why is selling short a "putting mutual fund inflows" to work strategy? Or am I missing something here?

Oh, and one other thing...
is that 2:00 short-covering bit you outlined also a NY thing or just a TO thing?
