>>ALL::keep in mind the SEC and CSHK's lawyer are now actively watching and recording posts on this thread... so let's keep it clean.

Good grief! I'd say there's too much water already over that dam. The cards appear to have been dealt, and there's a deafening hush in the background as the poker hands unfold.

Having read some nearly 1200 messages, one unasked question comes to mind:

Is there a lawyer in the house?

I said that I only knew ONE alleged (not fact) dealing with some issue about 10years ago with the diaper company and this even took place 1 YEAR AFTER Rhonda Windsor had left that company..

Ok let's go with what you admit to then. You knew about this for several days now and not a word on the thread about it. Is that more correct now?

Are you still long this company, or was that an oversight on your part in answering my last post to you?

I am surprised that you are not a little bit suspicious of the apparently close connection between Waltech, 11th hour, S4T, etc. I take it then that you don't see any apparent or potential conflict of interest in these "alleged" facts?

Dear God!! Have you actually READ the stuff we posted? The judicial rulings???

Or are you the blind and deaf man at Caesar's Palace?

Thanks Jim for the diligence. I personally have followed up on most of your posts and have also done some of my own investigating through brokers etc.

As one broker put it, "Good find. Truly a golden needle in a haystack".

<<keep in mind the SEC and CSHK's lawyer are now actively watching and
recording posts on this thread.>>

What is this supposed to mean? You mean I need to be careful? I see another post over on another thread about how your lawyer is going to kick my butt or something. Jim, you are young, so I'll let these veiled threats slide.

You need to take a walk, have a glass of iced tea, and relax.

The SEC is watching "us"? So what? Your lawyer is watching "us"? So? You haven't done something wrong, have you? Relax. Stop the threats.

Lots and lots of people are watching the thread. You'd be surprised who is watching this thread.

Jim - question...?

Message 4229079

"I'd guess that we'll see some buying coming in as people now know that those bashers on CSHK (and they are well organized bashers) have been caught..."

Caught? Who was "caught" for "what"? And now there's going to be some buying in as a result?

You're not shilling this, are you? If so, might I suggest you be more careful.

Jim B

Why are you holding out on the people here? I see you're off talking about exciting developments without telling us here. Saving the good news only for your friends over on the GA Bard thread?

CSHK has 4 products.. 2 soon to be sold (litter and y2k cd software) and 2 yet (rumored) to be announced..

Message 4228483

And in another post:

the company having to spend all of today on the phone w/ the SEC and lawyers to start the process of POSSIBLY bringing charges against those on the CSHK thread or at the very least getting them off of SI...

Message 4229079

Does that mean that they are closing in on you?

And from another post:

I talked w/ the company today and I get the feeling that they will soon have an IR firm to better handle investors and that is part of the reason for some of this chaos.

Message 4229012

Based on all the work you seem to be doing on behalf of the company, does this mean that you will soon be out of a job?

So many questions, so little time. This company is becoming a real moving target.
