We know nothing about the companies they acquired.

Not only that, we don't even know what they paid. All we know is that it was $45 mil worth of stock plus some undisclosed amount of cash and that they plan on writing off $55 mil of the total - wiping out their net worth almost three times. How much of their new debt issue will they have left after these acquisitions? Will the $385,000 of net interest expense this Q become $6-7 million next Q?

BTW, does anyone realize that, come 2003, they will have something approaching half a billion dollars of debt on their books?
