Lino-

I am relatively new to MB, and it has taken a bit to get used to, but I am overall very happy with the service. I've been through a few brokers, and researched quite a few more, and haven't found anyone that was "perfect". But MB is up there at the the top as far as I can tell. There has always been an adjustment period for me when switching to a new broker, and I was in shock for the first week, mainly due to the complicated RealTick software(which is Townsend's baby).
There was a problem today with updating the accounts, and we were notified right away by Ross on the #MBTrading support chat site, which is really cool if you haven't tuned in. You can get your questions answered by Ross, or some of the other guys in the room, in real time. Beats using the phone most of the time, IMO.

The account is updated instantly showing the latest trades and values. The number of choices for the display columns is amazing. Today, though, for the first time in my experience, there was a problem with the display of information. I called and they corrected it immediately. I suggest you call them and ask for some help in setting up the multiquote screen where this information can be displayed.
