Not having paid too much attention lately (I have read all previous posts - thank you). I have a sincere question.

Q: Are there any REAL, active investigations ongoing into the manipulation of SOLV shares? If so, whose doing the investigation?

Please don't say the SEC is, unless you know for certain. Kroll might be full of ex-FBI, but are they actually investigating SOLV stock trades at this time?

Ricker makes a good point. Larry, aside from the fact that the acid plant is needed (according to the patent) to extract all of those minerals, how does all this square against SOLV being the "evironmentally friendly" company that they attempted to portray themselves for all these years?

JJB - is SOLV the only stock you own? You seemed to indicate that you were planning on attending the hearings? That would indicate, to me at least, that you have one of two things: 1) a very large portfolio of diversified holdings, or 2) all of your money tied up in SOLV - a lot of money. I would save the LD charges and airfare and invest in some other company.

Barb. I know where you're coming from. Having been no stranger to personal attacks myself.

Dave Coakley. Where are you living now? None of my business of course, but I saw you sold your business in Hawaii? Thought maybe you moved back to VA or something.

Didn't I read somewhere on this thread that April 26th was a red letter day in this thing? What happened?

Regards,

Gary
