Yeah!!!!!all it took was a little prooooooooooo-ding. One thing happens for sure boys and girls: 1. If all the news is related to FNet, then how can shareholders value FTel. 2. If there is no news on updated information, special situations just like Naz, even a small GLITCH of news on how things are going abroad with the internation dialup, general information on the WCOM agreement, small sales of DVG's (no matter how small), more expansion, more technicans, more or less of a cash flow, how can Franklin keep the support when the stock start to tank. One of the main reasons why Franklin is tanking in my opinion is that shareholders don't really understand the situation on FNet. Since all the news is related to FNet and its not clear on FTel's value ( the latest news stated: (Franklin Telecom Spins Off FNet as Independent Subsidiary), well what the hell does that REALLY!!!! mean, and FTel's %-value keeps dropping with no news of a possible share-ratio of say .05 or better for every share you own of FTel. If it was my company I would say make an agreement with the board memebers that .05 FNet for every 1 share of FTel. Since the word is out that we need to wait and see what the underwriters suggest? Screw the underwriters on this one. If the IPO of FNet is that hot, ***compromise***, and have all pre-FNet shares on this particular situation HELD from the IPO date for (what ever time the underwriters suggest). That in itself should be quite enough......... If all the board members demand..........this particular situation, I feel strongly that Investors yet to buy will re-evaluate the total package-picture, FTel will get its 5 bucks plus again and everyone, even the underwriters will see that both companies need, absolutely need to be well above the minimual for a great IPO.......and continuing there on. I for one don't believe that we absolutely need to wait for the underwriters to get this done. Set the amount, let the underwriters set the ( date in which they can be traded, be it 10% after 6 months or all after 1 year. Since the spin off- its the right and proper thing to do. ps...hell you can look at the news and see FTel is a little left out of the picture here. We know sales of DVG are going to be made to FNet's Internet account, and WCOM sites, but what's after that? There is no definite long term revenue forcast here. FNet on the other hand will have a great telephony service stream of cash. Someone correct me if I'm way out of line here. Amen Bro's.....we need someone at the Shareholders Helm> ggg RB? ah hell, forget all what I said....just popping off some steam. : )
