fyi, the sole remaining brokerage sell is by janney montgomery scott, an east coast regional house. a trial of zacks yields this info -- 4 march 98 was janney's last update. although i haven't seen the report nor know the individual estimate, it's not hard to assume that the (now dated) comments might correlate with negative press statements from one james meyer, the brokerage's chief research analyst. web search reveals much consternation from mr. meyer a few months back about the powercomputing buyout "closing" the mac architecture. it might be useful to have an outright sell recommendation (alongside a lowball estimate) to kick around; otherwise there wouldn't be so much room for upside surprise! however, since some program trading strategies are based upon these faux-statistics, watch out for sudden change here...
