I called them back, and talked to corporate officer at my utility, he said they are working on the problem, and that yes, it was much to do with the embedded chips.I asked if there were date tests being run, he said he couldn't say whether they were or whether they weren't. He said he will be passing on Tava information to plant managers/appropriate people. (www.tavatech.com). Glad they were openminded, and it would be great to think I actually helped!
