When Windows is short of resources it may include ram and hard drive space. The goal should be to have a min. of 1/3 of the hard drive space available, this is true for every hard drive. You should clear your browser cache and any other unnecessary files. 32 M of ram should be fine. You could also have a problem with graphics card cache. Have you added any graphic fonts or programs that may have added fonts?
