Hi Bobby. Does your analysis give sell signals as well? Will you alert us when you think the run is done? So, if I understand correctly, you feel this has little to do with fundamentals and much to do with speculative fever. Doesn't that imply it'll turn down on a dime as well once the speculation stops?
